Julie Albert, instructor, owner Earth Sister Holistic Healing

Learn several different ways to use our most important instrument, our voice, to deeply connect to ourselves and invite healing and a deep sense of peace. Explore humming, mantra chanting and singing simple medicine songs. We’ll discuss theories behind these concepts and explore each in depth. This is an interactive course. No singing experience is required. 3 SESSIONS

 

Julie Albert is a Sound Healer, Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner and Somatic Breathwork facilitator. She is the owner of Earth Sister Holistic Healing specializing in yoga, sound healing meditation, breathwork and reiki. Julie offers instruction in corporate, school, and private settings. Her main passion is healing through the medicine of sound.
