Course Description

Ed is back by popular demand! Once more, he will lead us through his insights on the everyday events that infuse our lives with meaning. His journey inspires us to pause, reflect, and cultivate a more enriching experience in our own lives. Key highlights include his childhood dreams, his teenage years in New York, the joys of discovering his wife and children, and his contemplations on a fulfilling life, and the process of aging gracefully. (Includes light refreshments)

 

In Life on Cloud, Eight, Ed Ryterband, vividly and lovingly reviews his life from early childhood to the present. Each of these poems is suffused with warmth, introspection, and an openness that invites the reader into the unique world of a poet, committed to personal honesty and growth.

Originally from Queens, Ed Ryterband has been living at the Jersey shore for 38 years with his wife of 43 years, Madalyn. His poetry has been published in Paterson Literary Review, Two River Times, New Verse News and U.S. 1 Worksheets. Ed has performed his stand-up and poetry readings at The Comic Strip, Mostly Magic, and The Piano Bar, among other venues in New York and New Jersey.
