Chakras are subtle energy centers located throughout the body and contribute to our overall well-being. In this course we will focus on the 7 major chakras. Learn the 7 major chakras, where they are located, and what emotions, organs and glands are associated with each chakra. Each session will end with a sound meditation with quartz crystal singing bowls as well as other sound healing instruments intended to balance the entire system with special concentration on the chakras covered in that session. 3 SESSIONS
