Seva (pronounced (SAY-VA) is the Sanskrit word for compassionate care. The Seva protocol was developed after 9/11 and used on first responders. Seva Stress Release is a sequence of acupressure points that are designed to ease the human stress response and support overall well-being. Anyone can learn this simple yet effective acupressure sequence (no previous bodywork training required). Through demonstration and hands-on practice, you will learn to use the Seva protocol for self-care on family, friends, and clients.
