Meditation is often recommended to alleviate stress and improve sleep. The perfect opportunity to learn how and why meditation works, this class will allow for students to learn techniques to become self-sufficient meditators. Explore breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation and practice guided meditation in each session. Learn skills and strategies that can be applied to daily life to de-stress, feel calm, and improve overall quality of life. Whether you are interested in starting your own meditation practice, or learning more about how meditation works, this class is for you. All are welcome in this class. 4 SESSIONS
