Discover the benefits of meditation. Part instruction, part guided meditation, students will explore a variety of meditative practices.  Learn the techniques and practices to become a self-sufficient meditator including breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and manifesting. While we may not be able to eliminate challenges from our lives, we can develop practices to manage them, protect our health and well-being, and be more present every day. (4 Sessions)
