Course Description

This course is presented from the landlord brokers’ prospective and outlines why their team should be selected to be the landlord’s exclusive representative.

The topics include the team’s marketing goals, the marketing story and how it is created, how they plan to reach and influence the regional brokerage community, and the business community using a variety of communication tools and strategies.  

Finally, the ‘leasing activity meeting’ with the owners are outlined, discussed, and reviewed.


This course is approved by the NJ Real Estate Commission for 3 hours of continuing education credits, so it is recommended to be a licensed realtor in the state of New Jersey.
