The Marketing Process. An in-depth review & discussion of the essential components of the marketing process including the objectives, marketing goals, the marketing story, the seven communication tools, the best prospects, and the three stages of the leasing & sales process.
The Leasing Process. How the tenant reaches your ‘for lease’ building via the broker, includes the components of the tenant requirement, the broker’s survey preparation, the long list, the short list and tour are all examined.
