Course Description

This program gives you the training the State of New Jersey requires for food service personnel designated Persons in Charge in Risk Level 3 Food Establishments. Students who pass the class will be able to sit for the ServSafe Food Manager certification exam. This exam is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards and verifies that you have the food safety know-how to protect the public from foodborne illness.
